Well last night Ian and went for some hard driving, some might call it Touge, some might call it stupid, but i call it fun. Living in Las Vegas does mot offer very much in the way of areas to go drive your car hard, through some twists and turns. Being originally from Southern California im used to Mulholland, Angeles national, Bigbear, PV drive, and just about any other canyon that you can find. But lately i have been going to to lake mead/valley of fire area. its fun but unlike southern California's canyons where you can just stay in second and third. the lake mead area's turns aren't tight enough so you must go crazy fast. i stay in 4th and 5th, so in my civic thats 80-111 when the JDM ecus governor kicks in.so its actually a bit gnarlier because you really have to commit. for the last year i have had a go pro but hardly use it because i have no way to edit it.but recently GOPRO has come out with free downloadable software, so i decided to break out the go pro for the first time in a while last night, Stuck it inside my car and made some videos. Now before you go bagging on me about how crappy the videos are, i am well aware they are crappy. I am not savvy when it comes to video editing. I basically learned on these two videos, The first one is really bad, and the second one is a bit better. Im sure the more i edit the better i will get, and after all it is free editing software so its not really that cool it just has the basics. the first video was a total of 33 min and i edited it down to 11. The second video was 26 min and i edited it down to six and added music. so check out my videos and if your interested in going out with us one night hit me up on instagram @functiontheory.

Dyno Chart
The other night i got a chance to dyno my Rb25 swapped s13. It was a charity at Force Fed racing in Las Vegas, one of there employees lost his girlfriend to cancer. so for 20 bucks you could do one run on their dyno and all donations went to funding a funeral and other bills. no torque numbers just Horsepower.i managed to pull 255 hp, not bad just a bit shy of what i was hoping for. my chart is a little shaky at the top end, one of the guys there said i need a colder spark plug. so i will be switching to a colder plug and hopefully that will help steady it out on he top end.
the ambient temp was 112.7f, it was a 4th gear pull from 35mph to 112mph
cool thing about RB motors or any non 4 cylinder motor is look at how quickly i get power.
i had a great time and im glad that Bobby talked me into going. it was the first time i have ever had any of my cars dynoed and i actually got to drive it while it was on the dyno which was very cool.
