Street Team Elite Ray Briones made the trip from El Paso,Texas to California earlier this year for what was likely the biggest weekend for him and his CRX. Planning to simply transport himself and his turbocharged CRX to the annual all-Honda Eibach meet and hang in Southern California for a few days, Ray's trip quickly transitioned from a casual visit to a media extravaganza. Ray's CRX, once featured in Honda Tuning magazine, was approached and captured by S3 Magazine and once again by Skunk2 for his own Street Team Elite video feature. Ray and company toured the Skunk2 facility, swooped up on their share of Skunk2 swag, and hung out with the Skunk2 staff. we recently recieved an email from Abe, a fellow functiontheoryist containing some great pictures of his build. showcasing his 3+ year civic build, on which 100% of the work was done by him, paint, body, suspension, engine...he sent in 25+ photos of the whole timeline of his build. we new instantly that his car was FUNCTION CERTIFIED. just by reading his specs list, then when we saw the pictures it just drove the nail into the coffin. This is strictly a teaser as his car is only about 95 percent done. he is just in need of glass, and a few other minor things. so we decided to post only one picture of the car from one point of his build and list all of his specs. so you can let your mind wonder on how amazing his car is. his car is set up for track/auto x. and there will be a full feature of his car to follow once it is done, which wont be long.

well if your not on honda-tech then maybe you wont know who this is. but have no fear come spring you will, located in Idaho. Rhett( powerneedy) finally decided to make to jump from fixed up integra to all out track car. the car speaks for its self, it has been a long road but then end result is just plain amazing. he is also the recipient of the honda-tech skunk 2 award. big thanks to rhett for sending us his car specs and pictures. he says come spring once the snow is gone we will get some good pictures of it.
